The after hours of adjustment, the Zeiss was "barely" nicer in resolution, contrast and color were identical. I had two of my 5.5-30 XTR 3 scopes that weren't mounted, so I compared those both to the Zeiss. WebMar 21, 2024 · The Burris 1-8 is definitely one of the most underrated LPV's on the market. It has all the features and quality of LOT of scopes that cost a heck of a lot more money. I'm always surprised that it doesn't get more consideration here on the Hide. It's a different scope than the 1.5-8. Different reticle, FFP or SFP versus the 1.5x DFP.
WebI really can’t explain it well but it’s consistent across all of them. Meaning for whatever reason as soon as you start to zoom out the hash marks basically become unusable. It doesn’t affect the 5-25 or 5-30 as much. But on the 3-15 and 3-18 it’s kinda annoying. The XTR2 LPVO is super underrated as is the RT6 as well.
