WebJul 28, 2024 · Tuck the chin into the chest and bring the crown of the head down to the mat. Lift the knees up off the ground and walk the feet in while keeping your gaze straight behind you. Press down into the forearms and slowly draw one knee into the chest. Lift the hips up a little higher and draw the other knee into the chest. WebIt works great. It is very light weight, and folds out fast. It tholds the guitar nicely, and the rubber padding is good enough not to scratch nitro finishes. It can be a little rickety though, especially when winding strings, but not to the point of collapsing. Overall it was worth ten dollars, and I recommend it.
