We describe a number of results and techniques concerning the … WebIn 2007 I published a paper on Landau-Siegel. At that time I could very well have followed through, but there was the new trend that was the twin prime conjecture, so I pivoted to that during 2010–2013. My 7 × 10⁷ result was obtained then. After some thinking afterwards, I felt Landau-Siegel was still worthwhile, that’s why I returned to it.

Web28 de mar. de 2024 · In addition, Zhang Yitang said that he has essentially proved the Landau-Siegel zero-point conjecture. Just like his previous results on the twin prime conjecture, the results can be improved. At present, the correlation index of the proof of Landau-Siegel's zero-point conjecture has reached 2024, which is "fortunate." This … Web8 de nov. de 2024 · While the Landau-Siegel conjecture – named after mathematicians Edmund Landau and Carl Siegel – concerns the possible existence of zero points of a type of L-functions in number theory,... WebThe main theorem generalizes results of Goldston, Gonek, and Montgomery that give consequences of the pair correlation conjecture. We apply the theorem to examine implications of the well-known “alternative hypothesis,” which is related to Landau-Siegel zeros.
