For each stat there's at least one route where 100% of encounters give only EV's for that stat, making it easy to pile up a ton of one kind of EV very quickly. Weblet the pokemon you want to train hold the proper EV training item (e.g. power bracer to train attack) If you want to train attack, you'd go to mount pyre and initiate a horde battle using sweet scent. Shuppet give attack EVs and you'll encounter them 100% of the time in that location. For other locations, google is your friend.
