The analytes were extracted by solid phase extraction (SPE) with an Agilent Bond Elut Plexa cartridge, and separated by HPLC using an Agilent Poroshell 120 column. Overall recoveries ranged from 87% to 108%, with RSD values between 1.4% and 6.7%.
